4 Years Interest Free from ANZ for Insulation

Today the ANZ announced a $100 million programme offering 4 year Interest-Free finance to their home loan customers for insulation.

The funding available is $5,000 interest-free finance over 4 years to get ceiling and underfloor insulation installed.  To be eligible homes must have been built before 2007.

The finance is available to landlords and home owners so it is a great option for  landlords to get their properties compliant with the Residential Tenancies Act that requires all rental properties to have sufficient ceiling and underfloor insulation by 1 July 2019.  The loans are repayable over up to 4 years and are for up to 2 houses per customer.
